Caroline Gleich is a professional ski mountaineer, activist, keynote speaker and content producer. Her mission is to inspire people to get outside, live a healthy, active lifestyle and protect the places we love to play.

An adventurer since birth, and a world champion half Ironman, Rob has always been devoted to protecting the environment. He’s enjoyed a life of adventure and wants to share that with others. He realizes strong men have an important role in utilizing their privilege to speak up as allies for people and the planet.
